GroupNine is local and Paul and the team members are always available to handle and manage whatever tasks our client may need. We welcome the opportunity to assist with our clients’ hospitality in their Florida home. From scheduling appointments or entertainment, to cleaning and dry cleaning, and airport service we’re here.
Paul is available by phone anytime – (561) 667-1771 any time. There is no opening of a claim or ticket; no level of management or departments to wait through – just CALL PAUL! We will provide friendly and personal service.
On a customized schedule, created with the client, we will check your home’s interior to include: general security, kitchen, plumbing, electrical/gas, HVAC; and exterior to include: pool, outdoor furnishings, garage, golf cart, car, dock and boat. (See check list for a more detailed outline of items.).
Much like our Housewatch Service, we utilize a check list to ensure our clients receive a white glove experience upon arrival to their home in paradise. This service is customized to each client’s needs. We take care of pre-arrival cleaning, checking all systems in your home for proper operation – AV, AC, IT, elevator, generator, lights, plumbing, electrical, pool, landscape etc. – put out all exterior furnishings, stock home with requested products and floral arrangements. You name it and it’s done. We’re here – Welcome Home!
We have a lot of experience with interior and exterior art installation and hanging and cleaning of chandeliers. We coordinate with our clients’ art collectors when needed. We’re here to accommodate all of our clients’ custom art installation needs.
We follow our Housewatch and Welcome Home Service list to open your home for the season. These check lists are customizable to meet your unique requests. Our attentive and secure Closing Service keeps your home protected. When you’re not here – We’re here!
Owner, Paul, is a licensed residential contractor and has an eye for identifying potential structural or maintenance issues. GroupNine prides itself on the working relationships it has with vetted, trustworthy and reliable licensed and insured subcontractors we choose to do business with. We work in conjunction with these subcontractors and we expect the highest quality of craftsmanship and workmanship from our subcontractors, and our employees. We know our clients require and deserve it. Paul and his team work in tandem with the subcontractors through successful completion of the project.

We’re here to keep your home as protected and prepared as possible for any imminent weather consistent with Florida living. Paul and his team keep their eyes on the weather at all times, aware of the concerns of their clients. GroupNine will apply storm protection as needed, and store and secure all outdoor furnishings and pool equipment. After a storm, we immediately inspect your home’s interior and exterior for any issues. We’re here to assist as needed with any post-storm inspections and assessment as well.

We monitor and inspect all systems and items, inside and outside your home, including: gutters, roof, propane tanks, AC systems, windows and sills, furniture and cushions, plants and planters, fountains, pool and spa, pumps and heaters, landscaping, grills, gates, elevators, garage and garage doors, bikes, lights, golf cart, cars, boats, jet skis, docks and much more.
These services as a standard are included in our Housewatch and Welcome Home Services and are outlined in our check list. Some of the things we are observing and inspecting include: AV, WI-FI, phone equipment, kitchen appliances (including running dishwasher & disposal), water filters, all shower, kitchen and bath plumbing, electrical and lighting, pilot lights, fireplaces, reset breakers and GFI outlets, smoke detectors, HVAC, leak inspection and much more.
We work in conjunction with subcontractors and we expect the highest quality of craftsmanship and workmanship from our subcontractors, and our employees, because we know our clients require that and deserve it too. We have a history with our subcontractors and can take that burden away from our clients to coordinate, schedule and complete jobs with licensed and reliable subcontractors. We maintain a working relationship with our clients’ hired staff and maintenance vendors. We pay them on-time and invoice our clients for payment monthly.
GroupNine is here to help you make the exterior appearance of your Florida home as lush and tropical as you desire. Utilizing our landscape, irrigation and lighting professionals, your lawn and landscape will be in the best hands. Service to include weed and insect control, appearance and health of your landscaping.
We hire courteous and attentive experienced individuals and teams to give our clients the white glove experience in cleaning, including arrival and departure cleaning and laundry. Whether you need routine cleaning, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, cushion cleaning, window cleaning or other itemized jobs, we’re here to facilitate this for you.
GroupNine and our pool service professionals provide exceptional work from cleaning and regular maintenance to repairs and remodeling.
Paul and the GroupNine team take care of our clients’ motor crafts of all kinds. When not in residence, we drive vehicles and golf carts, keeping them maintained and plugged into battery tenders to maintain them at the ready for your arrival. We take vehicles for service on your behalf, update registrations and provide title work to save you time or in your absence. We also work with experienced marine experts to keep your watercraft in optimal working condition.
As part of our regular Housewatch service, we keep up with the maintenance of your dock through routine inspection, pressure cleaning, painting and sealing. We replace boards, repair and rebuild as needed. We also provide regular boat lift maintenance and services.
Florida has its share of pests, that is for certain. We’re here to assist with managing these with the help of our trusted and experienced vendors from mosquitos to iguanas, GroupNine will coordinate and monitor solutions.
GroupNine works with vetted and responsive, experienced professionals. If you have an issue with an appliance, we will dispatch one of our team members to troubleshoot and – if necessary – schedule appliance repairs. We meet with the repairman so you don’t have to be there.
GroupNine is bonded and insured and our team members are all background checked, with clean driving records. We treat your home and property as our own. Our clients entrust us with keys to their home and cars, along with garage and alarm codes so we can gain access to their home for Housewatch, meeting service deliveries, caring for plants and driving cars and carts.
Paul is a dog lover, and we’re here to help our clients find a reliable and responsible pet sitter. We love our four-legged family and will help to find security and care for yours too. We also know that our four-legged family sometimes leaves behind a mess. GroupNine is prepared to get it cleaned up too!
As part of our Housewatch service, we collect your mail, packages and parcels and bring them into your home. We will take your mail and packages to be sent to your off-season location according to your instructions.

GroupNine is an estate management and home maintenance company that specializes in taking exceptional care of our clients’ homes in the Palm Beach County and southern Martin County areas. Our mission is making sure our clients enjoy their time in their Florida home to the fullest. We take care of everything, so you don’t have to.
Paul Quigley, the owner and president of GroupNine, is a licensed Residential Contractor in the state of Florida and has been in the construction business for over 35 years. His knowledge and experience is what sets us apart from others in our industry.
We are fully bonded and insured and our employees are covered under our workers’ compensation policy. All our subcontractors are licensed and fully insured as well. We shall provide any certificates of insurance as requested. Our concierge housewatching service includes an endless array of services. We monitor the interior and exterior of your home. We come by after heavy rains or winds to ensure there are no leaks or damage. We prepare the home for homeowners’ arrival and ensure working operation of all systems inside the home and out. Automobiles will be fueled and cleaned. At the end of the season, homes are closed, outdoor furnishings are stored per homeowners’ instructions and automobiles are placed on trickle chargers to preserve their operation. In the event of tropical weather, we prepare the home and install the exterior protection. Once the weather has cleared, we assess the home and address any issues from the storm.
Because Paul is a licensed contractor, he can repair and remedy many of our clients’ needs on the spot, rather than having to call in a subcontractor. We have a trustworthy and vetted list of licensed subcontractors we work with, as necessary. We expect a high quality of workmanship from our employees as well as our subcontractors, and our clients expect that in turn. Paul oversees all work by the subcontractors, so no unnecessary work is performed and the work is of the highest quality at a fair price.
Two things we have found that our clients appreciate most are that they never have to worry about anything in their home and that they really appreciate the open line of communication. Whether they live here year-round or just during the season, their home is cared for thoroughly. And when they do come in for the season, the house is ready and welcoming, and they can immediately begin relaxing. Paul is always available and if he does not see you at the home, he will text, call or email to keep you up to date. He will send photos of any issues and photos again when the situation is resolved.
